Bridal Shower x2

Time for Bridal Shower Part 2!

So Jeffrey has a family friend whom I call Aunt Jane and her son Cole (that is Jeff's age) that were wonderful enough to throw me a Bridal Shower! The party was decorated in my two favorite colors and her son Cole made a special dish, a Pakistani stew with an assortment of spices for me to try! He labeled them 1-10 with 1 being the spiciest! We also played a fun game to educate the guests of the party on Pakistani Culture! I'm ashamed to say I did not win it! Aunt Janette (a teacher) won! I did come in 2nd though. ;)

Purple and Turquoise! She also had these beautiful Hydrangea flowers in Mason Jars on the tables!

This was the table that you saw when you first walked in. Everyone wrote down some words of wisdom that they learned from being married! This table was overflowing from gifts!

I love healthy food! Veggies with ranch is one of my favorite nibble foods! I think its a great appetizer! There was also fresh rolls and some other delectable delights!

This is Aunt Jane! I'm sad to say I don't have a better picture of her and I from that day. I asked everyone to send me pics and this is the best one I got! No idea which camera we're looking at but I never got that pic. :( The cake was so pretty and also super delicious!

This is the only picture of Cole I could find where he's actually smiling!
He's a great chef! He's really talented and can come up with some great things!

Here is a picture of a few immediate family members. From left to right,
Aunt Janette (Mother-in-Law's sister), her Daughter-in-Law Cheryl. My Sister-in-Law Carrie, my Mother-in-Law Marie, Christina (Jeff's 1st cousin) and her mother, Aunt Debbie.

I took pictures with a lot of other people there too but truth be told I honestly can't remember who is who, all friends of my mother-in-law but it was a little overwhelming, so many people to remember!

Shoutout to Courtney! She's been so very sweet since I've moved to Missouri!
She threw together a little Bachelorette party for me with a couple of new friends I made here!

Starting from the top on the left,
Alex, Me, Jenny, Celia, Carrie, Courtney, Cheryl & Ashley!

We were at a Greek Restaurant where they had belly dancing lessons!
As the Bride-To-Be they threw me in the middle of the dance floor, it was a bit crazy, I'm not used to that kind of attention! My party gals bought "plates" which I danced around and broke on the floor! I'm assuming it's some sort of Greek custom. My belly dancing buddies were Carrie, Alex and Jenny!

I received so many wonderful gifts and I thank everyone that added so much joy to my life on this special day! Everyone has been and continues to be so kind and sweet!
